A diet may work if your weekends consist of a great many aerobic activities, but the average person spends weekends relaxing or running errands and cleaning house. Of course, house cleaning is an aerobic activity, but you’re not spending the entire weekend doing it in most cases.
It may also work for you if your weekends consist of many sports and other strenuous activities. That isn’t the case with me as my weekends consist more of errands and family time than strenuous activities beyond housework. It is wonderful, however, as a tool to prevent gaining weight with weekend eating binges.
Of course, this is just how it happened for me—you may experience something different. Dean’s web site Lookcut.com was a free web site on weight loss, but it didn’t do what it claimed to do, at least for me. Your case may be different, especially if you have more weight to lose than I do but keep those factors in mind.
